RETURN POLICY

anna soiree prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide you with an online store credit, minus shipping costs. 

Please note:

  • Items that are returned are eligible for exchange only or store credit. Refunds are not allowed.
  • Allowable returned items will only be given an online store credit, no exceptions.  Shipping costs for the returned items and exchanged items, are the responsibility of the customer. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Do not ship back any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, as you will not be given a store credit nor will it be shipped back to you. Regular merchandise received after 14 days will also not be given a store credit or be shipped back to you.

Should you notice a shipping error, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Shipping errors received after the 14 days of receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping errors received after 14 days will not be accepted back.

A shipping fee of $10.00 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order.  You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your items.  Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Returns must be in original condition with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. anna soiree will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed. Upon receipt of returned goods, anna soiree reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please be sure to include your order number and name on the outside of your return. The order number can be found in the email confirmation of your order.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
